Georgia’s Reforms Associates (GRASS) is a non-partisan, non-governmental policy watchdog and think tank, established in October 2012. GRASS conducts research and public policy analysis and provides advice and project management in the fields of public policy and public administration reform.
GRASS main areas of expertise include the development, implementation, and review of policies on justice, defence, security, education and foreign policy, conflict resolution, vulnerable groups.
GRASS has implemented various important projects in Foreign Policy and Security, Occupied Regions, Education, Euro-Atlantic Integration, Vulnerable Groups (IDPs and National Minorities), including FactCheck – an innovative political news-and-information media project.
GRASS has also published numerous publications in Foreign Policy and Security, in-depth analysis and recommendations as GRASS Briefs.
