For years, homelessness has remained an unrecognized problem in Georgia. The research done under the aegis of the Open Society Foundation revealed that as there are no systematic conceptions on how to address homelessness, the municipal housing services are weak and fragmented. In May 2019, the Open Society Foundation summoned the data from 6 municipalities concerning the housing services and the citizens’ application rate. The given document has been prepared based on this information.
