Prepared with the initiative of the Open Society Georgia Foundation, this document brings together
assessments by leading civil society organizations on the key human rights challenges in Georgia
in 2021. There are 13 sections: 1) The Implementation Mechanism for the Anti-discrimination Law

Rights of LGBTQI Community; 8) Rights of the Child; 9) Human Rights Situation in the Occupied Regions of Georgia (Abkhazia and Tskhinvali Region/South Ossetia); 10) Labour Rights; 11) Judicial and Democratic Institutions; 12) State Policy for Combatting Torture and Ill-treatment in Georgia and 13) Freedom of Media.
