The story of Tazo, a beneficiary of the children’s hospice “Firefly World,” and his family in a documentary by Radio Liberty
“Firefly World” is the first children’s hospice in Georgia created upon the initiative and through the efforts of the Open Society Georgia Foundation in 2017.
“Firefly World” is a family-type facility, which provides palliative care for children with chronic and incurable illnesses, as well as their parents.
The hospice exists entirely on donations. All services are provided to the children needing palliative care free of charge.
